The best thing about making these fruit infused water recipes is that it requires very little to get started. The first thing you will need a good container that seals. If you are going to make a single dose having a good mason jar container is great to infused and then drink over time.

If you are looking at making a batch then using an infusing pitcher is an amazing investment.

After you have your container you simply need to select your ingredients and start infusing! Try out some of my personal favorites below or get creative and try some of your own.

Citrus and Mint herb and fruit infused water

Here is an awesome recipe that will refresh and cool you down.

Ingredients:

  • 1 of your favorite citrus fruit
  • Small bunch of Mint
  • 6 cups of water

Slice the citrus fruit into quarters and then slice each quarter into 1 centimeter slices. Roughly cut the mint leaves (its okay to leave them whole) and put all ingredients in the water. Let the infused water sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 – 5 hours before drinking because mint will take some time to absorb completely. Ice can be optional.

Kiwi Blackberry fruit infused water

This is a great recipe full of powerful antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 4 cups water

Peel 2 kiwis and slice them into coins that are about half a centimeter each. Cut blackberries in half. Place the kiwi slices and blueberries into the water. Place in refrigerator and allow to sit until the water takes on the color of the berries.

Water infused with Pineapple Cucumber

This refreshing infused water with tropical notes is perfect when you want to be transported to island life.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 cups of water

Slice the pineapple into about 3 – 4 rings that are about a centimeter wide. Each ring can then be cut into chunks. The cucumber can then be cut into ¼ inch coins. Place all ingredients into water and allow to sit about 4 hours in the refrigerator.

  • 5-6 Strawberries
  • 1 cucumber
